The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

To Sangrok family:
I have just returned from Norway once again, the Seminar and camp this
time was another success. 14 clubs (all Norway Mudo) attended the
seminars; I have met plenty of Sangrok family members and new students.
As usual, we had a grading test during the Seminar event, some
students have successfully passed the grading and achieved their next
grade, some hasn't. It is definite that whoever couldn't meet the
requirement shall fail their test. However as an examiner, it is very
important for us to consider the feeling of our students as well. They
might be shocked after they received their result, after all they might
give up.
From here I wish to congratulate all the students who passed their
test, also I would like to offer my warmest comfort to students who
failed the test. What I can say is " You will get there, as long as
you never give up."
There rest of my time in Norway was enjoyable, I had great time
training with you all in Norway, and of course "the drink". hahaha
