The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Its more than 10 years since I came to the SangRok Gym. After my first meeting with Master Chang, I knew I had to keep on training at the SangRok Gym. It was very hard for me in the beginning, because I had to rethink the basic of how I did TKD, but after I had understood the basics of Master Changs appraoch to TKD it all got a bit easier. When I think of the training I remember Master Chang allways being able to tell me why this and that had to be done so and so, and allways willing to take the time it took to make me understand. In my memory he still stands out as teh best instructor I have had in TKD.
When I think of TKD today, I end up thinking of Master Chang, his family and friends. They welcomed me with open arms and let me into their lives. For that I will be forever gratefull. Their home is a living, friendly, dynamic and open home. Everyone is welcome, and everyone is taken seriously and respected.
I still hope that I that I will be back the some day.
