The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym

Although I have attended several seminars in the course of my Taekwondo career, I have been most impressed in recent years by the memorable seminars given by the president of Sang Rok World Taekwondo Academy, Seoul Korea, Grand Master Chang Seong Dong .during his yearly visits to the United Kingdom and on his way to Norway and the Scandinavian countries.
Master Chang approaches his seminar with composure, serenity and total focusing; because his time is so valuable, the class is prepared beforehand by the senior belts, ( in this case 3rd Dan Jaime Zaldua whose excellence in the art is very much due to Master Chang training him in Korea in past years, and successfully placing him in the international arena obtaining trophies representing Gt. Britain.) Master Chang may start with constructive comments on individual students without pointing his finger directly at anyone, but demostrating the correct technique with emphasis on the disposition, breathing and philosophy attached to swift flexibilty and inner energy, all these exteriorised by accurate footwork, effective attacking and defensive techniques. He places to his pupils disposal years and years of total dedication promoting the true art of Taekwondo.
With the Poomses Master Chang meticulously explains each movement, its effectiveness and grace of coordination.
When the class performs the Poomses, Master Chang displays a remarkable ability to observe and help each participant individually; treating young and not so young with due respect and consideration by understanding their difficulties and aiding them, but always with tact and discretion.
The drills are spectacular, very resourceful in their variety, likewise with the controlled sparring and advanced fighting techniques.
Very often and to end in complete harmony and relaxation, master Chang shares his football professionalism with the participation of every member in the already memorable seminar.
In the name of my son Jaime, the other black belts and every student of Sang Rok United Kingdom, we would like to express Master Chang our appreciation and gratitude for his excellent seminars.
