The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Master Chang,
I can not thank you enough for all your help, training, patience and guidance I have been lucky enough to experience these past 4 months. Since I arrived here I have learned so much and yet so little. At the end of my journey in Korea I feel like I am just beginning my journey in Taekwondo and only now starting to understand your teachings. My stay here has been immensely enjoyable; from countless nights enjoying makkolli after training and football, running a marathon with Dr Cock at the opening of Incheon Bridge, climbing mountains around Korea, and enjoying the company and training ethic of the many students who have visited here. Of all the people who have made my stay here so full of great experiences (Andy, Julie, S.A team, Connie, Nick1, Norway team, Uncles Kim and John, Untay and many others) a particular thanks goes to Dr Cock who has gone out of his way to ensure Sangrok students have a memorable stay here. I wish him the best of luck opening his new herbal medicine store next month!!
Once again Master Chang, thank you so much for welcoming me to your home, sharing your table with me and trying to teach me something about Taekwondo. I will continue to practice everything I have learned here and hope to come back one day soon. My stay at Sangrok has enriched my life and taught me some valuable lessons.
