Master Henrik S. Hunstad

The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me. I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo. If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Sincerely,

Master Henrik S. Hunstad,
International Master Instructor, 6th Dan
Director of SANGROK Norway.

 Time in Korea

Hi, my name is Eiko and I´ve stayed at the Sang Rok gym for quite a long time. First I came to Korea to learn more about Taekwondo how it is practiced in Europe(Austria) and seceond I also hoped to learn something about Korean people and culture which kind of goes together with the original Taekwondo. The thing which is special about Master Chang and the Sang Rok gym is that you can learn both, Korean culter and Taekwondo. Also Master Chang teaches and explains much more than other Korean Masters even apart of the Taekwondo classes specially in the evenings where everybody has the chance to talk to him, have dinner and a drink of beer or rice wine together. The way he is promoting and teaching Taekwondo is really great because it is different to the "average" and usually only physically teaching method. Surely Master Chang has honestly devoted his life to this art, and for him keeping the original sense of Taekwondo means very much to him. However for everyone who truely likes to learn more in Taekwondo and for his or her whole life I can highly recommend the Sang Rok Taekwondo academy.
I wish you all best of success and for those who know me very best of wishes to you!
Yours Eiko
