The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Dear Sangrok Family,
I have just returned from seminars in Lyon, France and I met so many students. They made my trip to Lyon a very enjoyable one.
Especially nice was that during the seminar, a long-time student of Sangrok named Avner, came from Israel to France in order to meet me. This made me feel very good and proud, as Avner did very good at showing and representing the Sangrok style and skill in front of the French students. In this way, he was a model for others of Sangrok Tae Kwon Do. So, many of the French students liked it very much and they are interested in coming to Sangrok gym in Korea, so they can learn the Sangrok style like they saw from my student from Israel. Hopefully one day they will arrange to come here for training.
I hope to see you soon in the future in Korea or any place.
