The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Dear Sangrok family:
Since the European tour 2005, it has been another very successful seminar in Hong Kong and Southern China.
It was an excellent 7 days seminar series (9th -17th), which co-organized by The Jidokwan Hong Kong and Mooto Hong Kong (MA SHOP). There were a Mooto Open seminar for all Taekwondoist, and a few Mooto HK private sessions. However, majority of the evenings were for Jidokwan Hong Kong and China, as I am the chief technical director.
The overall technical standard in Hong Kong and China was acceptable, there are plenty of space for development. I could see alot of potential there; however plenty of time and effort is needed. From here, I would like to thank Master Lai (Korea Jidokwan 8th Dan and HK Jidokwan president), all the Chairmen, committee members, and all chief divisional masters for all your kindness and care. I also highly appreciate your passion and seriousness toward the promotion of Jidokwan Taekwondo.
Just like Sangrok family, I wish all members of jidokwan Hong Kong and China always support each other, and respect each other. With all these supports and respects, we will form a strong foundation, and no one can force us down easily. Regarding to technical matters, it is now my responsibility; I will guarantee Jidokwan Hong Kong and China a very bright future.
