Words from Master Changs Pupils
SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy Family
(Old SANGROK

Master
Henrik S. Hunstad
The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.
Sincerely,
Master Henrik S. Hunstad,
International Master Instructor, 6th Dan
Director of SANGROK Norway.

Dear Sang Rok Family,
I hope my message finds all of you in the best of health.
My message here is to tell readers about my experience at the Sang Rok Gym.
Upon arriving at Incheon Airport, it was very easy to catch the bus right to the door of Sang Rok Gym. Once there, I immediately felt right at home. The setting is inviting, spacious and comfortable. While there, you are a guest in Master Changs home and you learn many things about Korean culture. There are many friends who visit and the atmosphere is very happy and social. I also found that Master Chang is a very good Chef!
Taekwondo training with Master Chang is at the same time excellent, and something that is difficult to explain and must be experienced in person. As a Taekwondo instructor myself, Master Chang gave precise and logical explainations of the various areas of Taekwondo training that I could take back home and immediately teach to my students. Also as a Taekwondo student, Master Chang treated me with courteous understanding and gave accurate diagnosis and solutions for my challenges. I have had the opportunity to train with many of the worlds elite Taekwondoin and I can tell you that Master Chang's training methods are at the top of the Taekwondo pyramid.
I wish I could have stayed for more than a week! I will return for more extensive training in the future and I recommend that anyone, no matter what the level of your experience make time to stay at Sang Rok Gym and learn from one of the worlds top Sabumnim, Master Chang.
Sincerely,
Al Cole
