The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Hello my name is Kavin Senguttuvan and I am from New Delhi, India. I came to Seoul on 16 May with a high level of excitement and expectations. This is my third time in Seoul now. But this visit has surely turned out to be the best and most enlightening one. The true quality of Sang Rok World Taekwondo Academy and Master Chang is that once you are with them, you become a part of the Sang Rok family and there is love, happiness and the same oneness that one would find in a family. This time around, due to Master Chang my visit was not only restricted to Taekwondo. He always encouraged me to go and learn about Korean people and the culture here. So finally after coming to Korea 2 tmes before, I can atleast read Hangul and know my Korean numbers properly. The environment in the gym is such that there can never be any feeling of boredom or home sickness. I only hope that I can come here as many times as possible in my life and be here at Sang Rok World Taekwondo Academy........
