The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Hello everyone,
this time I stayed 6 weeks in the Sangrok Gym. Like always my trip was amazing. Thank you Sabomnim!
Always to meet longtime and also new students from the Sangrok Family makes every trip to korea quit special. One visit will be never like the one before.
This time I was able to make expierences I never made or felt before.
- having a BBQ on the roof
- running a half marathon the first time in my life
- making lovely Kimchi with Uncle John's wife
- having amazing football games with Nick 1 & Nick 2
- celebrating chusok with You-Hwa and her friends
- .........
and beside hard Training of course also a few bootles of Makkolli.....
Thats just a short list of things what makes my stay this time very nice!
A big thankyou again to Master Chang, Dr. Cook, You-Hwa, the Uncles, Uncle John's wife, Nick 1, Nick 2 and all the others who maked my trip remarkable!
I'm looking forward to visit the Sangrok Gym quit soon again and also to see then some oldtime and of course new Sangrok Students around.
I hope everyone stay healthy and keep training!
