The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me.
I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit
of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity
to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo
to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call
Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean
culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should
visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's
taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo.
If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym
and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Dear Sangrok family:
I am happy to announce that the Jidokwan Hong Kong has offered me a
position of "technical director", so from now on I am responsible for
their technical development.
The Jidokwan Hong Kong has arranged their first ever training tour to
the Sangrok gym, a team of 14 Taekwondo practitioners from Hong Kong
has arrived Korea on the 27th of July. The team are consisted of a few
senior black belts and some junior colour belts; their team leader is
Master Tang (senior master of Jidokwan Hong Kong).
This training tour signified a beginning of a relationships between
Sangrok and Jidokwan Hong Kong. In the coming future, there will more
and more Taekwondo development programmes between the two. I look
forward to see some great achievement from them, just like the rest of
the Sangrok family.

P.S. Andy Kwan, a member of the Sangrok family, has also been
appointed as the secretary general of international affair by Jidokwan
Hong Kong. So from now on, he will be working as a bridge between
Jidokwan Hong Kong and the world TKD family.
