Some Words from Master Changs Pupils

(Old SANGROK family Board)

Master Henrik S. Hunstad

The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me. I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo. If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Sincerely,

Master Henrik S. Hunstad,
International Master Instructor, 6th Dan
Director of SANGROK Norway.

I have received a letter from Jeroen..

                                                                    Date: 4 Sept, 2011

It is a week after I returned from Sangrok and it is only now that I fully realize how much I enjoyed my stay with Master Chang. Life at Sangrok is so easy going that it becomes addictive. And so is the training with the Grand Master; a life changing experience for those who come from the West. Master's Chang eye for detail is unmatched. His knowledge about Teakwondo is overwhelming and his vision on staying healthy as we age, invaluable. Apart from that, the abundance of good humor, spicy food, sufficient makkeoli and last but not least, his extremely nice friends, have contributed vastly to grow warm feelings for Sangrok and the wonderful city of Seoul. I am grateful and feel privileged that I have met Master Chang and the Sangrok way of life and I can recommend it to anyone who would like to improve on his or her Taekwondo skills. I look forward to many happy returns. Until then, I will settle for the fond memories.

Sincerely,
