Some Words from Master Changs Pupils

(Old SANGROK family Board)

Master Henrik S. Hunstad

The SANGROK gym has become like a second home for me. I'm very privileged to have experienced the training and the spirit of SANGROK. The way Master Chang has taught me, has given me an opportunity to learn high quality Taekwondo. SANGROK represent not only taekwondo to me, but also the best part of Korean culture. I feel honored to call Master Chang my master and friend. Anyone that wants to experience Korean culture at it's best and wishes to train the best Taekwondo, should visit the SANGROK World Taekwondo Academy. The way of Master Chang's taekwondo teaching is a blend of traditional taekwondo and Olympic taekwondo. If you are a beginner, an instructor, competitioner etc, SANGROK gym and Master Chang has something to teach everyone.

Sincerely,

Master Henrik S. Hunstad,
International Master Instructor, 6th Dan
Director of SANGROK Norway.

 [re] SANGROK SOLDIER :)

>ISRAEL SOLDIER FOR OUR MASTER

Whilst I don't know Jonathan, and don't want to put down anyone who has ever served within an army, I am rather disdained to see smiling faces side by side with guns.
I have visited some places in the world which have made me hope that no one would ever be inspired to use a gun again against another human being. I have visited the wall of execution at Auschwitz. I have seen people shot in the former Yugoslav region, and some time ago, I got news of someone I had known personally for 10 years who had been killed by gunshot in Chechnia. I've even had a gun put to my own head on one occasion - this was also in the former Yugoslav region back in 1996. On TV, I often see child soldiers in worn-torn regions of Africa masquerading with guns. Guns serve only one purpose - destruction. Our world would be better without them.
I hope that more people will believe in the more peaceful martial arts spirit, being more about feeling at peace with one's own mind and body, rather than intent on harming others.
I understand the Israeli/Palestinian conflict is a deep running issue, but we should not become instruments in aiding politicians greedy ambitions.
Yours, Zoe.
